A girl should know that a girl's respect is her family's and husband's respect as well. If she doesn't take good care of it, then it'll also damage those who are close to her. When a guy does something wrong, then the society blames him for that, but when a girl commits something bad, the world blames her parents for that. It's not that any gender is being given special privilege to commit something terrible, it's just to remind you about the consequences.
