Why education has become a necessity?

Why education has become a necessity? Even if you have great skills but still why can't you get a job? Why degree is required everywhere?
Some of us think that it's a standard, but actually the reality is something else. Educational centers are business centers nowadays, have you checked their fees? It takes almost 1.2 to 2.0 million rupee in Pakistan to become an engineer, the merit is too high, that's why most of the students go to private institutes, that's all part of the business propaganda. Education is a business for them, we have been blinded. It takes more than 3-4 million rupee to become a private doctor in Pakistan. And then what? Do graduated students get jobs? Of course not, and even if they do then it's not much more than of 15K-30K per month after spending millions on education. Education could've become a need, but not degrees or certificates. It's a pure business!
In other countries, people usually don't study mass fields, they acquire simple education and start living, only few join professional education and they end up holding a big post with luxuries of life, but it doesn't mean that people who don't study always die by poverty, they live too, sometimes they achieve much more than educated persons, because opportunities are available, not just opportunities but chances of proving yourself at all levels. They are not bounded to provide opportunities to only students or educated people. This system should be the base of all countries who think that education is a necessity, otherwise it's a total loss of money and hard-work.
